“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m so glad I gave this hotel a chance despite its overall 3.9 rating. Many of the older reviews mentioned problems with the elevator, but it has since been fixed and everything worked perfectly during my stay. The location is excellent, the property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were truly lovely—welcoming, attentive, and professional. My room was affordable and exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The premises felt fresh and top-notch, and the surrounding area is convenient for both business and leisure. This hotel deserves much better than some of the reviews suggest. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in PA for business. Highly recommend!”
“When we got our room, I used the bathroom, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Went to the desk and they immediately put us in a new room, quick and with no issue. Our room was clean, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, we were very comfortable, and the location was pretty convenient for the area. My only note is breakfast should be longer. We went down and they were already cleaning up. The staff member did plug the toaster back in and we were able to get some juice, so that was very nice. Overall, would stay again!”
“I love the staff here!!!! I stay at this hotel for work and the staff remembers my name and Im always greeted with a smile. The rooms are quiet and clean bed is comfy. The pillows are a little soft for my liking but its still a good nights sleep. The hotel is located near plenty of food options and shopping. Always a pleasure to stay here and I will continue to come back.”
